ATMJ – Sociedade de Advogados, SP, RL was founded in 2005 by three of the current partners, who have been practising together for 25 years, and is integrated by associate lawyers, trainees and consultants. With banking services and support for national and international investment as its core business, the firm also provides services to individuals and small and medium-sized enterprises, leaders in their respective sectors — industry, civil construction and public works, real estate development and transport — and to public entities, state-owned enterprises and regulators.

Prioritising joint work with clients, ATMJ assembles and coordinates specialised and multidisciplinary teams, promotes internationalisation through partnerships in Spain, Brazil and China, invests in the continuous training of its professionals and adopts technological platforms for closer and more informed communication. Present in Lisbon since 2005 and in Porto since 2018, it enjoys recognition in the sectors in which it operates.
