Joana Costa Pinto

Biography

An attorney at ATMJ – Sociedade de Advogados since 2015, she conducts her professional practice with specialized legal training and solid experience in the exercise of law. She earned her Law Degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon in 2010, where she subsequently attended the curricular year of the Professional Master's Degree in Legal-Forensic Sciences. She was admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association in 2014, having begun her career at Miguel, Goes e Associados – Sociedade de Advogados, where she served as a Trainee Lawyer and, subsequently, as an Associate Lawyer. Throughout her professional career, she has deepened her training in specific areas of law, having completed the XIX Postgraduate Course in Securities Law from the Securities Law Institute of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, the Postgraduate Course in Contract and Consumer Law from the Consumer Law Center of the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, and the III Advanced Postgraduate Course in Banking Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. Since 2015, she has been a member of the ATMJ – Sociedade de Advogados team, where she practices as an attorney.
